in the world on February 14th
in over 190 countries.

From the One Billion Women Rising Website: On V-Day’s 15th Anniversary, 14 February 2013, we are inviting ONE BILLION women and those who love them to WALK OUT, DANCE, RISE UP, and DEMAND an end to this violence. ONE BILLION RISING will move the earth, activating women and men across every country. V-Day wants the world to see our collective strength, our numbers, our solidarity across borders.

I will be dancing in the morning with friends and neighbors in my labyrinth, and then in the afternoon at a public event in Santa Rosa, CA from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.

I wish all of you well. There is nothing close to me. And I hope that you get media coverage. Even if there were, our local paper most likely would not write anything about it. I say that because when we had more than 200 people assembling two different times for Religious Freedom, not any media for it. It was nation-wide, and nothing on TV either. very disappointing.
